I ordered something from Aliexpress on March 21. It is now May 29 and it has not arrived. They took my money immediately, but no package to me. Their tracking system says it is in a "sorting center". It has been in the "sorting center" for over 2 months. It is obvious that this organization takes your money and then promises you that they will deliver at some point in the future until you finally give up. This place is nothing but organized theft. Stay away from them if you value your money.
So I have tried many suppliers on Aliexpress and have had the worst experience. Firstly, most of the products on there are junk. I literally threw out several products when they arrived because it was such low quality.
Another big issue is that many suppliers tell you they ship from a USA warehouse but in fact when you order they ship from China like usual with a month or more wait for delivery. When you inquire about this they lie or give you fake tracking numbers. 7 our of 10 do this I'd estimate.
I lost a lot of money, time, and hurt my selling reputation trying to deal with these sellers.

They are fraud. I ordered a 24 inch and I received a 15 inch wig. This company is not reliable and will not give you what you ordered. I am a model and I order from sites all the time, this is a fake website. Consider this website to be eBay for hair.
People, don't buy from this site!!! They only care about you until you click that pay button!! After that whatever happens is your problem! You will never get your money back if item is lost or if something is wrong with it. Not seller or Aliexpress customer support team is going to help you. I lost many items because they Shipped it to wrong address. Noone cares!! I told sellers about it as soon as they shipped items. All of them just told me to wait and "not to worry". 3 months passed and I'm waiting. Items been shipped back to China, because that address doesn't exist. So I just lost a lot of money, Aliexpress stole my money from me. There's plenty of other sites where you will be protected in case of lost item. Aliexpress just don't care. And what can I do now? NOTHING!
This site is full of ????. The vendors are full of ???? They lie and show you pictures of items that aren't what ya getting. I canceled a order so I'm gonna see how long it'll take for me to get a refund. This is how communist China does business.
Shipping time wasn't too bad but didn't receive what I ordered. When I tried to resolve it, AliExpress wanted a picture of the incorrect item, which I sent, TWICE. They said they never received it and closed the dispute. Tried contacting the seller, they kept wanting me to send a picture which didn't work on the link they wanted me to use. After too many messages and them not wanting to fix it, I told them to forget it and I would keep what they sent (even though it wasn't what I wanted) and that I would NEVER order from AliExpress again. All they said was "sorry"!
Can't get a response from customer service regarding the mischarging of vat on products exempt from vat.
Today I received goods on 5.12.2021. I am very satisfied. Thank you.
I order a lot from this site and overall its a pleasant experience. Your can't blame ali for 1 bad experience with a seller. they have always issued a refund if things went wrong.
It used to be better in protecting consumers, now all your complains are to the bot. I ordered thousands items on aliexpress and always get good price and quality between medium and best. I also get fair treatment in dispute until recently when I was lied to by a supplier to pull my dispute and then he did honor their promise to refund me if I do not receive my item (147 usd). I have been in similar situation in the past and was always able to escalate to customer support for review review and fair judgment - not anymore ! It seems like AE closed this department and can only talk to the annoying bit. Disappointing. No doubt I will continue using the App and this company, but be aware that not all sellers are honest and you can't count on support by AE past the dispute process.
A big proportion of the products never arrive. They usually give the refund but its still very annoying since you are expecting the products and never get them.
I bought an IPTV subscription for 12 months which I thought it was genuine, but I think I was scammed by the seller. The service stopped working after 5 days. I contact the seller but he did not want to give me a refund. I then open a dispute but unfortunately Aliexpress did not even read my comments. All they said in their email something about a remote control not working which I never mentioned because I never bought a remote control from aliexpress. I contacted them through the chat 3 times and all their agents promised to solve the problem, but they never did. Too much time consuming to try to get my money but they never gave it back to me. This is appalling considering I was a customer but aliexpress does not care about customer. They care only about sellers as they get percentage for everything they sell.
It takes forever for an item to arrive , no refund most of time and sometimes your packages get lost
